Office Administrator – Luxury Jewellery & Watch Boutique
An exceptional opportunity has arisen for an experienced Office Administrator to join a prestigious luxury jewellery and watch business in central London. We are seeking a highly organised, professional, and detail focused individual to support the smooth day to day running of the office, with responsibilities spanning administration, inventory, e commerce, payments, and client coordination.
This role is well suited to someone who thrives in a fast paced environment, demonstrates excellent attention to detail, and takes pride in maintaining high operational standards within a luxury setting.
Key Responsibilities
* Managing day to day office administration to ensure efficient operations
* Maintaining accurate inventory records, including stock control and reporting
* Overseeing product listings and updates across e commerce platforms
* Managing payment administration, including tracking incoming and outgoing payments and supporting financial documentation
* Coordinating basic social media activity and content scheduling
* Liaising with suppliers, service providers, and external accountants
* Supporting the sales team with appointment scheduling and client communication as required
Candidate Profile
* Proven experience in an office administration role
* Strong Excel proficiency, with confidence managing data and producing reports
* Excellent organisational skills with exceptional attention to detail
* A polished, professional manner with strong written and verbal communication abilities
* Previous experience in e commerce is highly desirable
* A proactive, self motivated approach with the ability to work independently and take ownership
* Experience within retail, luxury, or digital sales environments is advantageous, though not essential
