We currently require SEN Teaching Assistants to join our books to undertake supply bookings in SEN schools in the Wirral area. The role will be term-time only and is a great opportunity to work as part of a committed department. The role will involve supporting learners with their educational needs.
Responsibilities of the role may include:
* Working with students with a wide variety of additional needs, in small groups or on a 1-1 basis to support them with their educational needs
* Providing support to the class Teacher
* Assisting to keep students on task where relevant
* Supporting students with personal care tasks such as personal hygiene, feeding etc
* Assisting the teacher in managing behaviour in line with school policy
