At CAVU, we’re on a mission to reimagine travel. As Head of Product, you’ll play a pivotal role in shaping our future, leading half of our product portfolio, and helping us scale The Global Travel Marketplace.
You’ll lead a team, setting direction, aligning priorities, and ensuring we’re building the right things in the right way to achieve commercial success. Working closely with UX, Engineering, Delivery, and Commercial teams, you'll help define and deliver world-class digital products for airports and travellers across the globe.
This is a critical leadership role for someone who can bring energy, clarity, and strategic vision to our product organisation. You’ll help grow and evolve our team culture, drive innovation, and ensure we continue to unlock new value for our partners and their customers as we scale globally.

About you:
You’ll thrive in this role if you have:
* Significant experience in digital product leadership, ideally in complex, user-facing platforms
* A track record of building and leading high-performing, agile product teams
* Strong strategic thinking with the ability to align delivery with longer-term goals
* A passion for combining data and insight to drive prioritisation and decision-making
* Exceptional communication skills you can influence across all levels and simplify the complex
* Technical fluency you understand how products are built as well as why
Bonus if you also bring:
* Experience with B2B and/or B2C product development
* Familiarity with the travel industry
* Exposure to building mobile apps, data products, or BI/AI tools
