With new retail listings in Holland & Barrett, Ocado, and Boots, and ambitious growth plans ahead, we are expanding our marketing team to bring our brand to life across social media and connect with health-conscious communities in the UK and beyond.

Role Overview

We are looking for a creative, strategic and hands-on Social Media Manager to lead our social media presence and help Nourished stand out as the leading personalised nutrition brand.

This role will focus on:

* Launching and growing Nourished on TikTok with engaging, human-led and trend-driven content.

* Optimising our Instagram business account to drive awareness, engagement, and trust.

* Creating viral, ROI-focused content and strategic influencer campaigns across micro, macro, and mega influencers.

* Building a strong online community through authentic engagement, storytelling, and user-generated content.

Key Responsibilities

We're after a results-driven, creative, and strategic social media expert who can:

* Grow & Engage Communities – Launch and scale our TikTok, optimise Instagram, and deliver content that builds trust, awareness and loyalty.

* Create Viral Content – Develop entertaining yet educational content that breaks down complex science into relatable, shareable posts.

* Leverage Influencers – Run micro to mega influencer campaigns that deliver ROI and expand our reach.

* Humanise the Brand – Show behind-the-scenes, founder insights and real customer stories to connect with our audience.

* Drive Performance – Monitor results, optimise campaigns, and continuously raise the bar.

About You

* Proven experience running TikTok and Instagram business accounts.

* Strong track record of creating viral content and influencer partnerships.

* Resilient, self-motivated and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

* Comfortable using your initiative, with a balance of creativity and commercial focus.

* A natural storyteller with a sense of humour and self-deprecation who knows how to make brands relatable.

* Preferably experienced in a consumer-facing brand with a 30+ target demographic.

* Passionate about health, wellness, and innovation.

Essential Background & Experience

* Educational Background: Graduates from top-tier universities with a minimum 2.1 degree (or equivalent) in any subject, though a background in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, Journalism, PR, or related fields is advantageous.

* Work Experience: Approximately 2+ years of work experience, preferably in communications, social media management, digital marketing, content creation, influencer partnerships, or brand management.

This is a full-time, on-site and hybrid working role.

No consultants, agencies or part-time seekers will be considered for this role.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: £30,000.00-£40,000.00 per year
