The Role
* Undertake preventative maintenance and diagnosis of building control systems (BMS).
* Carry out small repairs and remedial works.
* Provide routine inspections of BMS (building management systems).
Requirements
* Ideally you will have experience working within the BMS industry and be competent on‑site completing fault diagnosis.
* You will be familiar with trend control systems and Trend IQ Vision.
* Experienced / knowledge of HVAC mechanical plant - AHU's etc.
* Knowledge and experience of communication protocols such as: Bacnet, Modbus.
