Office Manager

NJC 10-14 - Actual Salary £24,998 to £26,665

Full Time, 37 hours per week, term time only plus 2 weeks

Permanent position

We are seeking an organised, professional, and confident Office Manager to join our team at Highfields Spencer Academy. As the first point of contact for many of our families and visitors, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of the school office. This is a key leadership position within the administrative team, requiring excellent communication, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a busy environment.

Highfields is a growing primary school with a strong sense of community. We are looking for someone who is proactive, solution-focused, and committed to supporting our staff, children, and families with efficiency and care.
