Job Summary

We are looking for a warm, enthusiastic, and dedicated individual to join our award‑winning team as a Care Assistant, delivering high standards of personal care and contributing to the care team to ensure continuity of services to residents.
Responsibilities
* Assist residents in all personal hygiene care, ensuring optimum independence, dignity and respect of individuals at all times.
* Recognise and understand clinical risk areas in residents such as weight loss, pressure sores, risk of falls, signs of infection and escalates any identified risks in a timely manner.
* Act courteously towards residents and their visitors, respecting the dignity and individuality of each resident.
* Practice safe systems of work across the range of tasks.
* Contribute fully to the care team to ensure continuity of services to residents.
About You

* Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing.
* Demonstrate initiative and respect towards residents and other people in the home.
* Be an efficient worker who can carry reasonable instructions from other team members.
* Be adaptable and flexible to cover a range of responsibilities at short notice.
Benefits & Conditions
* Full‑time position: 39 hours per week (or part‑time option 22 hours).
* Salary: £12.27 an hour.
* Permanent contract, full‑time.

Requirements
Must have a DBS Disclosure check (cost met by the company) and proof of eligibility to work in the UK.
