Join Our New Habitations Team – Be Part of the Change

We are seeking dedicated Customer Service Advisors to join our team.

In this key role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing an outstanding service experience and taking ownership of enquiries, complaints, and service requests. You will play a key role in ensuring customer issues are resolved efficiently, accurately, and with care.

We’re building a new proactive Habitations Team to tackle housing hazards early, effectively, and collaboratively. As part of our commitment to Awaab’s Law, this team will take preventative action to ensure no customer lives in unsafe or unhealthy conditions. From identifying damp and mould to responding quickly to concerns, we’re fixing issues at the source—before they escalate.

Key responsibilities include:

* Handle all customer enquiries and service requests, aiming to resolve at the first point of contact.

* Log, triage, and schedule appointments for repairs, maintenance, and other services.

* Maintain proactive communication with customers regarding appointments and service updates.

* Liaise with maintenance teams and subcontractors to ensure smooth service delivery.

* Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate teams.

* Maintain accurate customer records and provide administrative support as needed.

* Provide reception duties on a rotational basis.

What We’re Looking For:

* Proven experience in customer service with a commitment to service excellence.

* Strong communication skills, with the ability to handle challenging situations constructively.

* Ability to follow processes accurately, identify trends, solve problems, and escalate when necessary.

* Proficient in IT systems, including Microsoft Outlook, Teams, CRM, and Housing Management systems.

* Excellent organisational and multitasking skills.

* Ideally, experience within housing or repairs
