Reporting to an experienced and highly respected Group Financial Controller, this is a rare opportunity to join a highly successful organisation in a broad and impactful role, offering significant exposure to leadership and a wide range of responsibilities. Ideally, we are seeking to engage with newly/recently qualified accountants (ICAS, ACCA, or CIMA) from big 4/mid-tier firms seeking a first move into industry. Key Responsibilities: Own the monthly financial reporting process Lead involvement in the group’s annual external audit and preparation of statutory accounts Cashflow management, including consolidation and reporting of the group’s weekly cashflow forecasts Ensure strong internal financial controls and a robust control environment across group entities Support the preparation and consolidation of the group budget Oversee group treasury operations Manage day-to-day transactional finance activity across the group Ensure compliance with all tax obligations, including Corporate Tax, VAT, P11D, and PSA Oversee financial management of insurance, rebates, and recharges Provide financial modelling and commercial support Deliver ad hoc financial analysis as required For a confidential initial conversation about this opportunity, please contact Harry Young at Rutherford Cross.
