Location: Great Whelnetham CEVC Primary School, Stanningfield Rd, Bury Saint Edmunds, IP30 0UA
Contract Dates: 25th November – 19th December 2025
Hours: Monday to Friday, 3:30 PM – 7:30 PM (20 hours per week)
Pay Rate: £12.21 per hour (PAYE)

Key Responsibilities
* Clean classrooms, offices, toilets, and shared spaces to a high standard
* Sweep, mop, vacuum, and sanitise surfaces and high-touch points
* Empty bins and dispose of waste appropriately
* Follow all health, safety, and hygiene protocols
* Report maintenance issues or hazards to the site manager

* Previous cleaning experience is desirable but not required
* Must be eligible to work in the UK and provide references

Compliance Requirements
As this role is based in a primary school, the following documentation is required:
* Enhanced DBS Check with Barred List – must be current or willing to obtain
* CV and proof of right to work in the UK
* Proof of address and National Insurance number
* 3 years of employment or character references
* Overseas Police Check (if applicable)
