PDI VEHICLE TECHNICIAN – SHEFFIELD | £16.00–£17.00 PER HOUR
We’re looking for Vehicle Technicians to join a fast-growing preparation centre in Sheffield. This is PDI-focused work - ideal for someone with solid experience in basic mechanics: servicing, brakes, inspections, and general repairs. No diagnostics or advanced fault-finding involved.
PDI VEHICLE TECHNICIAN – SHEFFIELD | £16.00–£17.00 PER HOUR
We’re looking for Vehicle Technicians to join a fast-growing preparation centre in Sheffield. This is PDI-focused work - ideal for someone with solid experience in basic mechanics: servicing, brakes, inspections, and general repairs. No diagnostics or advanced fault-finding involved.
Whether you prefer a 4 on 4 off shift (6:00am–6:00pm) or a Monday to Friday schedule (06:00–15:30, 42.5 hours/week) - we’ve got a setup to suit your lifestyle. If you're confident with routine servicing, PDI checks and mechanical repairs - and want a no-nonsense job in a clean, well-equipped workshop - this could be for you.
PAY & HOURS
* £16.00 – £17.00 per hour (based on experience and qualifications)
* Weekly or monthly pay – your choice
* Full-time, long-term opportunity with potential for progression
* Two shifts available: 4on 4off shift (6am - 6pm) or Monday to Friday (06:00–15:30)
What You’ll Be Doing
* Carrying out general servicing and mechanical repairs
* Following PDI checklists and site procedures
* Performing final quality checks before MOT prep
* Keeping your bay tidy and tools organised
* Working independently and efficiently in a high-volume environment
What You’ll Need
* Level 2 or Level 3 Vehicle Maintenance qualification
* Experience with PDI or similar workshop-based work
* Own tools (toolbox supplied)
* Full UK Driving Licence
* Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
* A reliable, honest, and detail-focused attitude
