Adecco Southend are looking for Stock Conditions Co-ordinator on an initial 6-month temporary basis. Please note that these posts will be based in the office 3 days per week.
Main Responsibilities
To undertake administrative and statistical functions relating to the general operation of the Stock Condition Team
To maintain and update the stock condition database as required
To facilitate the efficient operation of stock condition surveys by keeping tenants informed and arranging appointments as appropriate
To report and log HHSRS issues found during stock condition surveys to relevant department for action
To maintain appropriate records and key performance indicators, as required; and produce the relevant information on a regular basis
To liaise with Tenancy and Estate Management staff and other stakeholders or agencies to investigate and minimise non-access issues where works or surveys are requiredKey skills and experience required:
Demonstrable experience of data inputting
Experience of successfully dealing with customer enquiries
Strong communication and IT skills
