The Role
* Lead end-to-end delivery of a growing national events calendar
* Build scalable operational systems and processes
* Manage facilitators and guest speakers
* Act as key contact for school partners
* Oversee budgets, margins and programme KPIs
The Profile
* 3+ years’ experience in events, training or programme management
* Proven ability to manage multiple concurrent projects
* Strong financial and operational oversight
* Calm, solutions-focused and commercially aware
