Purpose of Role
We are looking for a Commercial Assistant to join our team in Rainham.
Job Description
Assisting the commercial and operational team to comply with all Commercial and administration processes and procedures whilst ensuring a successful project outcome.
Responsibilities
You will be involved in supporting the Commercial Team with all daily administration including:
Invoicing for all of Building Solutions– Sales Ledger and Contract Sales
Weekly Payroll Entry via Coins
Assistance chasing monthly payroll
Running Journals
Assistance running invoicing for P1s – Scanning and emailing invoices plus turnover sheets to all the P1 Subcontractors
P1 email queries
Job creation on Coins
Ordering and maintenance of consumable stock levels
Process holiday, expenses and overtime claims as required
Review Maximo reports and chase outstanding jobs as required
Collating engineers reports and timesheets to assist service delivery
Essential Qualifications/Skills
Invoicing and Payroll experience
SAP Experience
Strong administration
Microsoft Office including daily experience with Excel
