The Role As the Year 2 Teacher, you will: Plan and deliver engaging, well-differentiated lessons tailored to Year 2 learners Assess, monitor, and track pupil progress, providing meaningful feedback and targeted support Create a positive, inclusive, and well-managed classroom environment Work collaboratively with colleagues to share best practice and maintain high standards Engage in ongoing professional development and reflective teaching practices The Ideal Candidate We are seeking a teacher who: Holds Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) Has experience teaching Year 2 or within Key Stage 1 Demonstrates strong classroom and behaviour management skills Can effectively adapt lessons to meet a range of learning needs Has a secure understanding of the National Curriculum and effective teaching strategies Communicates confidently and works well as part of a team Is comfortable using technology to enhance teaching and learning Why Work with Teaching Personnel?
