A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a passionate and enthusiastic HR Advisor to join a HR team where you can make a real impact in shaping the HR and recruitment processes. Working as part of a high performing team in this values-driven organisation you will support with the following:
* Advising Managers on all HR related queries, supporting them through disciplinary and grievance processes
* Conducting investigations
* Supporting Managers with recruitment and selection
* Managing the onboarding and induction process for new starters
* Liaising with internal and external stakeholders in relation to apprenticeship recruitment and development
* Supporting managers in driving performance within their teams
* Producing HR reports with analytics for Management
The ideal candidate for this role will have a true generalist background with strong communication skills and the ability to work well as part of a team. Strong attention to details and a professional manner are also essentials for this role.
