Main duties of the Service Technician role include:
9. Conducting vehicle inspections, diagnostics, and repairs efficiently
10. Ensuring high-quality standards are maintained on each job
11. Maintaining accurate documentation of work carried out
12. Providing excellent customer service and technical advice when needed
13. Supporting the workshop team in achieving productivity targets
Requirements for the Service Technician role:
14. Minimum Level 2 NVQ qualification or equivalent
15. Full UK driving licence with less than 6 points; DR10 or similar points are not acceptable
16. Experience in a similar position is preferred but not essential; we are open to Technicians showing commitment and potential.
17. MOT licence is advantageous but can be provided by the employer if not held
18. Strong work ethic, reliability, and a team player attitude
