This role is the perfect opportunity to immerse yourself in interesting work - it would be well-suited to someone who has sound experience working with both personal and corporate tax and has established themselves as a tax advisor.
You would be involved in exciting projects - producing reports and letters of advice for various tax advisory issues such as the implementation of corporate reconstructions, investor reliefs such as EIS/SEIS, staff incentive schemes, advising owner-managed businesses regarding remuneration planning, succession planning, CGT and IHT mitigation, and reviewing complex corporation tax computations and returns handled by the firm.
Day-to-day, you can also expect to oversee HMRC liaison regarding clearance applications and enquiries, liaise with clients, attend meetings with partners, train and review the work of junior staff, and assist partners with developing and monitoring processes.

The salary range on offer is £50,000 - £55,000 and CTA qualification is preferred; however, those who are ACA/ACCA qualified with a minimum of 3 years experience in a tax advisory role will also be welcomed.
