The Sinclair Group are currently recruiting for a Vehicle Sales Administrator to join our Audi Dealership in Swansea. The hours of work are 9.00am to 5.00pm.

Contract Type: Permanent / Full-time
Hours of work: 37.5 hours a week working 9.00am to 5pm Monday to Friday
Position Pays: £23,985 per annum
The Opportunity:
Our Vehicle Sales Administrators support the day to day running of the sales department by providing high quality administrative support to our Sales Executives in our busy centres. They are knowledgeable and capable of working at pace whilst providing a first-class service.
You will be responsible for:
1. In this busy and varied role you will work closely with the sales department in the processing of customers vehicle orders and all associated administration.
2. Processing vehicle orders, taxing vehicles, supporting Managers to collate finance paperwork and ordering new vehicles for customers and stock.
3. Organise the delivery of new and used vehicles to customers
4. Managing a heavy workload and prioritising work schedules
5. Liaising between customers and our own in-house departments to ensure vehicles are ordered exactly to customer requirements.
Key requirements for the role:
6. Previous experience of Vehicle Sales Administration would be advantageous, however as long as you are able to demonstrate previous experience in a busy administrational role training can be provided.
7. You will be an excellent communicator with outstanding administrative skills
8. An ability to work to a high standard, particularly a high attention to detail to ensure all paperwork is submitted securely and accurately.
9. Working independently or as a team, you will have the ability to engage with other members of the dealership to encourage a smooth and efficient service for our customers.
10. Motor trade, automotive or car dealership experience is preferred but not essential as full training will be provided.
