Job Description
Business Unit: Wealth Management
Role Objective: The role involves understanding client structures, reviewing client account opening documents to ensure compliance with UK KYC and AML standards, granting approvals, working with front office and Compliance, administering document archiving, and contributing to process improvements and quality assurance.
Key Responsibilities
* Load and validate new client details.
* Ensure AML/KYC standards in client onboarding.
* Open additional accounts for existing clients.
* Maintain key client information for management reports.
* Learn about new products/accounts with Compliance.
* Stay updated on regulatory changes.
* Update procedure manuals for new or changed structures.
* Train team members on complex accounts.
* Act as escalation point for complex account structures.
* Develop new or improved processes to meet business/regulatory needs.
Requirements
Technical Skills:
* Strong numeracy and analytical skills.
* IOC exams are advantageous.
IT Skills:
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
* Experience with JHC Wealth Asset Management platform Figaro.
* Experience with Salesforce.
Other Skills:
* Over 5 years of UK wealth management experience.
* Excellent organizational skills and process improvement ability.
* Strong relationship-building skills with Front Office.
* Proactive team player.
* Knowledge of FATCA, CRS, KYC, AML standards.
* Creative problem-solving skills.
* Effective communication skills.
* Prioritization, planning, and self-management skills.
* Adaptability to new environments.
