We have an exciting opportunity for a talented individual to join one of the fastest growing independent NDIS providers on a full-time office based Mon to Fri, 9 am to 5pm.

Overview: The Engagement Team Leader will oversee and drive key functions within our NDIS organisation, including managing service agreements, overseeing care plans, leading networking and intake activities, directing audit requirements, and overseeing support coordination positions. This role is critical in ensuring the delivery of high-quality, person-centered support to our clients and enhancing our company’s overall performance.
Key Responsibilities:
1 Service Agreement and Care Plan Management:
◦ Lead and oversee the development, implementation, and regular updates of service agreements and care plans.
◦ Ensure that service agreements and care plans align with clients' goals and comply with NDIS standards and regulations.
◦ Monitor and review care plans to ensure they remain relevant and effective.
2 Networking and Intake Leadership:
◦ Drive and manage networking initiatives to build and maintain relationships with stakeholders, including clients, families, and service providers.
◦ Oversee the intake process for new clients, ensuring a smooth and efficient onboarding experience.
◦ Develop strategies to expand the company’s network and increase client engagement.
3 Audit Requirements:
◦ Lead and direct the preparation and execution of internal and external audits.
◦ Ensure all audit requirements and compliance standards are met and maintained.
◦ Develop and implement action plans based on audit findings to improve processes and compliance.
4 Support Coordination Oversight:
◦ Oversee and direct the support coordination team, ensuring high-quality service delivery and coordination of client supports.
◦ Provide guidance and support to support coordinators in managing client needs and resolving issues.
◦ Monitor and evaluate support coordination practices to ensure they meet the required standards.
5 Leadership and Team Development:
◦ Provide leadership and direction to the engagement team, fostering a collaborative and high-performing but positive work environment.
◦ Mentor and support team members to achieve professional growth and development.
◦ Conduct regular weekly team meetings and regular performance reviews and identify training needs.
6 Reporting and Documentation:
◦ Prepare and present regular reports on team performance, service agreements, care plans, and audit results.
◦ Ensure accurate and timely documentation of all client interactions and service delivery activities.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Social Work, Business Management, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• Extensive experience in a leadership role within the NDIS sector or a similar environment.
• Strong understanding of NDIS policies, procedures, and compliance requirements.
• Proven experience in managing service agreements, care plans, and support coordination.
• Excellent communication, networking, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to lead audits and implement quality improvement initiatives.
• Strong organisational and problem-solving skills.
