The practice delivers high quality, integrated care through a modern setup supported by Advanced Nurse Practitioners, Pharmacists, Physiotherapists, and more.
With state of the art facilities, a strong MDT led urgent care model, and a history of clinical innovation, including being early adopters of Clinical Pharmacists, this high-performing practice has achieved top QOF scores and generates over £12 million annually. Practice Setup:
* 6 sessions per week

* 15 appointments per session (AM & PM)
* Allocated admin time
