Brownbill Case Management exists to deliver an outstanding case management service to children, young people and adults who have enduring and complex health conditions and injuries.
We have a great opportunity for an experienced Administrator to join Brownbill Case Management based in our offices in Thame, Oxfordshire.
As part of the Active Care Group (ACG) Case Management Division, Brownbill Case Management Services (BAL) provides a specialist case management service primarily for individuals who have been affected by brain injury, spinal cord injury, Cerebral Palsy, complex orthopaedic injuries and amputation. We work across the Midlands, London and Home Counties, South East and South West regions.
About the role:
The position is responsible for providing comprehensive administrative support to ensure the smooth and efficient day-to-day operation of the business. This includes assisting the operations team and case managers with ad hoc administrative and operational tasks as needed.
The role also includes financial and payroll responsibilities as part of its operational duties.
What you'll be working:
* 35 Hrs per week
* Monday to Friday, 9am 5pm with 1 hour lunch
Location: Office based in Thame, Oxfordshire
Salary: £26,000 pa
What you'll be doing:
Contributing to day-to-day office operations and administrative procedures.
* Handle correspondence, emails, and phone inquiries.
* Assisting with month end tasks to raise client invoices.
* Processing Case Manager invoices.
* Assist Operations Administrator with events.
* Formatting documents to keep true to brand.
* Small purchases on behalf of clients.
* Client funds invoice processing.
* Minute taking.
* Setting up meetings in person and online.
* General administration tasks as required.
* Checking and submitting employee timesheets.
* Liaising closely with Recruitment.
* Liaising with external payroll companies.
* Keeping accurate absence records.
* Other administrative tasks when required.
What you'll have:
* 2 years minimum working in a similar role.
* High level and standard of numeracy and accuracy.
* Knowledge of payroll processes is desirable but not a requirement.
* Organised and thorough approach.
* Strong attention to detail.
* Outside the box problem solver.
* Excellent time management and multi-tasking.
* Clear written and verbal communication.
* Able to reconcile discrepancies and handle queries.
* Accurate data entry and record-keeping.
* Microsoft Office proficient, including Excel.
