We are seeking an experienced Professional Indemnity Claims Solicitor to join a growing and highly regarded claims team.

This is an excellent opportunity for a qualified solicitor with strong professional indemnity experience to manage a varied caseload involving claims against SRA-regulated and FCA-regulated professionals. The successful candidate will work within a collaborative environment, handling complex matters while maintaining strong relationships with clients, insurers, and key stakeholders.

Key Respnsibilities:

• Managing portfolio of professional indemnity claims from inception to resolution
• Investigating liability, coverage, and quantum issues
• Advising clients and stakeholders on legal and strategic matters
• Negotiating settlements and supporting litigation where required
• Maintaining accurate case records and ensuring regulatory compliance
• Building and maintaining strong client and stakeholder relationships

About You:

• Qualified Solicitor with professional indemnity claims experience
• Strong knowledge of insurance law, contract law, and litigation processes
• Excellent analytical, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple matters effectively
• Confident communicator with excellent client-facing skills
• Able to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team environment
• Proficient in case management systems and related technology
• Committed to delivering a high standard of professional service and ethical practice
• Experience within the insurance industry is advantageous
