About the Cherrywood Project:
Based in Elderslie, Paisley, we operate a 9-bed service across two bungalows supporting individuals with profound needs and Autism. Our residents are settled and have lived together long-term. We have a dedicated team and are looking for compassionate individuals to join us and develop their social skills and knowledge.
Supporting J's Journey:
J enjoys relaxing and chatting with nightshift staff, having tea and listening to music before bed. Staff assist with overnight checks to ensure comfort and safety. In the morning, support includes helping J get ready, providing breakfast, and discussing daily plans.
