Job Description:
We are seeking a Learning & Development Manager to join a well-known hospitality group's People Team. This role involves more than delivering training; it's about fostering growth, shaping careers, and creating a supportive culture where everyone can excel.
Key Responsibilities:
* Identify training needs and design effective programmes.
* Implement and maintain a new company-wide learning platform.
* Manage induction and post-induction training for new employees.
* Support training during new restaurant openings and across the group.
* Collaborate with leadership to develop tailored development plans.
* Lead and support a small training team, empowering them to succeed.
Candidate Requirements:
* Experience in L&D within hospitality, preferably across multiple sites.
* Proficiency with learning systems and content creation, with a passion for digital learning.
* Strong coaching and leadership skills, with integrity and a passion for development.
* Organized, curious, and innovative in L&D practices.
* Training qualification or CIPD membership is a plus but not essential.
