What You\ll Be Doing
* Carrying out servicing, maintenance, and repairs on a range of vehicles to the highest standards
* Diagnosing and resolving issues, including non-routine defects, both in the workshop and during road tests
* Continuously developing your technical knowledge and staying up to date with brand standards
* Making the most of our facilities and processes to maximise productivity
* Ensuring all work is completed safely, efficiently, and to the full satisfaction of our customers
* Helping us maintain industry-leading standards in workshop performance
* Taking part in regular training sessions to enhance your skills and knowledge
What We\re Looking For
* A full manual UK driving licence with no more than 6 points
* Level 3 City & Guilds or NVQ in Motor Vehicle Maintenance and Repair
* Previous experience in a main dealer workshop is preferred but not essential
Key Information
* Working Pattern: 8:30am - 5:30pm, Monday to Friday, plus 1 in 3 Saturdays at 1.5x overtime
* Salary: Up to £40,000 OTE depending on experience
