About The Role

Contract Type: Permanent
Working Hours: Full time, 25 hours per week
Number of Positions: 1
Qualifications Required: Numeracy/literacy skills at a level equivalent to Level 2, Experience of various packages Word, Excel, SIMS, Arbour
Start Date: 1 January 2026
Salary: £25,185 - £25,989 pro rata

The Governors of this successful, voluntary aided school are looking to appoint an exceptional practitioner to join our team. The role will be Receptionist/Administrator Assistant to provide comprehensive administrative and financial support to the school, working collaboratively with all staff and parents to support pupil well‑being.

Key responsibilities include:

* Providing administrative and financial support to the school.
* Working collaboratively with staff and parents to support pupil well‑being.
* Maintaining accurate and up‑to‑date records and documentation.
* Using Arbour and FMS (advantage if experienced).

Qualifications and experience:

* Experience of working in an administrative and finance environment.
* Experience with Word, Excel, SIMS and Arbour.
* Knowledge of Arbor and FMS would be an advantage.


About the Candidate

St Philip’s is looking to recruit a reflective, dynamic individual who can liaise with a wide range of people at all levels.

Reporting to the School Business Manager and frequently interacting with Head of School, Executive Head Teacher, teaching staff and support staff.
