Beyond Talent are delighted to be supporting a growing and fast paced organisation with hiring a Payroll Manager to join their finance
team.
This is a standalone position, which will grow over time, and would suit someone with solid end to end experience looking to expand their role.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage the full monthly payroll cycle and ensure compliance with regulations
Verify timesheets against rosters and resolve any discrepancies
Process accurate and timely employee payments
Administer payroll-related benefits such as healthcare, vehicle, and fuel
Maintain up-to-date payroll and employee records
Handle queries and disputes promptly
Prepare and deliver departmental reports
Collaborate with the on-site finance team and coordinate remotely with HR and service managers
To be successfully considered, you will bring the following skills and experience:
Proven experience managing end-to-end payroll
Strong knowledge of payroll legislation, HMRC reporting and compliance
Confident in handling payroll queries and problem-solving
Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
Confident using payroll systems and Excel
