The Admissions Registrar is responsible for managing and administering pupil recruitment and advising prospective families throughout the admissions process. They will bring experience, knowledge, and initiative as they support the school’s growth.
The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the factors influencing parents when investing in independent education for their children, with a proven track record in business development, sales, or admissions. You should have the expertise to use your influencing skills to progress each prospect through every stage of the admissions process to enrolment. A focus on delivering an excellent customer experience and the ability to build long-lasting relationships with prospective parents and pupils are essential.
