About the Role
This HR & Admin Manager will be responsible for establishing the human resources and overall operational management policies and procedures for the newly established Changan UK Sales Company, overseeing all human resources and administrative functions as well as the day-to-day operations of the business.
Requirements
1. A Bachelor’s degree in human resources management, Business Administration, or a related discipline, Master’s degree or CIPD level 7 qualification is preferred
2. Minimum of 5 years’ experience in administration, operations, or a similar role, including at least 3 years in a managerial or HR generalist position, preferably within a startup or international environment.
3. Proven experience in HR operations across the full employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, compensation and benefits, training, and employee relations.
4. Prior experience in administration or office management, ideally within a multinational startup environment.
5. Strong knowledge of UK employment law, GDPR, immigration legislation, HR best practices, and compliance requirements.
6. Experience in the automotive, manufacturing, or sales/distribution sectors would be an advantage.
