Candidate Profile
The ideal candidate will have substantial experience as a Home Manager, demonstrating a deep understanding of CQC standards and a proven track record of achieving 'Good' to 'Outstanding' ratings in inspections. You must be confident in managing teams and possess excellent leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate staff to deliver exceptional care.
Requirements
* A minimum of four years experience as a Home Manager.
* Knowledgeable on CQC criteria and a history of compliant reports.
* Strong business acumen and the ability to drive commercial success.
* Strong leadership and communication skills.
Location
The home is based near Bognor Regis and offers a suitable commute from Littlehampton, Selsey, Chichester, Arundel, Worthing, Portsmouth, and Emsworth.
Summary
