Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site position located in the Greater Northampton Area, United Kingdom. As an Event Coordinator at Happy Days Events, you will be responsible for planning, organizing, and managing events from initial concept to execution. Key day-to-day responsibilities include coordinating event logistics, liaising with clients and vendors, managing budgets, and providing exceptional customer service. You will work closely with team members and stakeholders to ensure each event is successful and aligns with client expectations.
Qualifications
* Strong skills in Event Planning and Event Management, with experience overseeing logistics and timelines
* Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills to effectively engage with clients, vendors, and team members
* Sales acumen and the ability to promote services, build relationships, and close deals
* Proven organizational and time management skills to handle multiple tasks and deadlines
* Familiarity with budget management and financial planning for events
* Previous experience in the events or hospitality industry preferred
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other event management software is a plus
* Bachelor’s degree in Event Management, Hospitality, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
