Your new company Our client is looking for an experienced Finance Manager wanting a long-term career in a dynamic and growing organisation for a hybrid role. Your new role You will be responsible for the finance team, managing the finance function, responsible for providing key financial data and insights and partnering with the group company. You will identify and report on KPI metrics that underpin business performance. Providing oversight and management of major sales contracts. Owning the month end close process including monthly Balance Sheet reconciliations and management accounting outputs. Group reports, local cost centre reports, insightful commentary. Preparation of the annual budgeting, re-forecasting and monthly trading review data collation. Finance input for bids and tenders and working with key stakeholders. What you'll need to succeed You will be an ACA, ACCA or CIMA Qualified Accountant with experience of managing a finance team along with strong management and financial accounts experience, ideally with bids and contracts knowledge. You will have good systems skills, including Sage or en ERP system, along with having been involved in a systems' implementation project. Excellent communication skills are a must as you will be working with key stakeholders. What you'll get in return This is a hybrid role with a mix of working in the office in Crawley and from home, salary to £70,000, 25 days holiday plus bank holidays, pension.
