The Role
1. People management and operational responsibilities
2. Training of clinical research nurses and support staff within the site
3. Monitoring of quality, and procedure in alignment with GCP ICH regulations and site SOPs
4. Development of study delivery strategies
5. Successful coordination of day to day clinical unit activities
6. Stock management of study medication, emergency equipment and other essential trial supplies and consumables
You
7. Extensive experience of working as a Clinical Research Nurse/ Senior Clinical Research nurse with clear responsibility of operational duties and people management
8. In date and valid NMC pin, with nursing qualification
9. Experience of working in a clinical trial environment and research facility
10. Ability to take the lead and delegate tasks accordingly, manage staff levels and ensure compliance within the unit
11. GCP certification
12. Contribute to the team at a senior level
