We have a great opportunity for a Senior Digital Marketing Manager to join the Marketing team in the Heathrow (Staines) office. This is an opportunity to lead the firm’s digital marketing strategy and direction, ensuring all digital activity supports the firm’s growth objectives, brand positioning and lead generation ambitions. The role is responsible for overseeing and delivering digital performance across paid media, SEO and website management, while managing budget, stakeholders and internal/external resources to deliver effective and measurable digital outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead and deliver the firm’s digital marketing strategy in line with wider business goals
* Drive performance across digital channels, ensuring campaigns support growth and brand awareness
* Build strong relationships with stakeholders across the business to support service line and sector objectives
* Manage the digital marketing budget to maximise value and return on investment
* Oversee paid digital campaigns, including planning, optimisation, reporting and performance analysis
* Lead SEO strategy and continuous improvement of the firm’s online visibility
* Manage and develop the firm’s website, ensuring an engaging user experience and effective lead generation
* Line manage and support the development of junior marketing team members
* Monitor and report on digital performance, using insights to drive continuous improvement
* Collaborate with internal teams and external agencies to deliver high‑quality digital projects and campaigns
* Identify and implement new digital opportunities, tools and best practices
* Ensure all digital activity aligns with brand guidelines, compliance standards and industry trends
Skills, Knowledge & Expertise
* Strong experience developing and leading digital marketing strategies
* Expertise across SEO, paid media, website management, analytics and lead generation
* Experience managing digital budgets and demonstrating ROI
* Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
* Strong analytical and reporting capabilities with a data‑driven approach
* Familiarity with digital platforms and tools including Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager and CMS platforms
* Excellent project management and organisational skills
* Experience supporting, motivating and developing team members

Qualifications & Experience
* Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, English or a related field is desirable
* Digital marketing certifications such as Google Ads, Google Analytics, HubSpot or SEO qualifications are advantageous
* Significant hands‑on digital marketing experience may be considered in place of formal qualifications
* Minimum 5 years’ experience in digital marketing, ideally within a professional services or B2B environment
* Experience managing websites, SEO, paid media campaigns, budgets, agencies and stakeholders
* Line management experience is desirable
