We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Roads Services Manager to join our team and lead our efforts in ensuring safe, efficient, and well-maintained road networks. As Roads Services Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the planning, development, and delivery of long term maintenance of road assets, using a risk based approach. You will also be responsible for roads operations, traffic management, road safety, roads development control and co-ordination of road works. You will be a self-motivated and dynamic leader who will have demonstrable experience of driving delivery of road works within timescales, budget and to professionally high standards. You will ideally be a Chartered Civil Engineer and qualified to degree level with experience of delivering transformational service change, promoting continuous improvement, working collaboratively, and managing teams to perform to the highest levels.
