Are you ready to make an impact at one of London's leading Further Education providers? Capital City College is looking for a skilled Head of Commercial to support and drive key operational functions, helping shape the future of education in the heart of London.
About the Role
This role is offered on a full-time, permanent basis.
To lead, develop, and implement the College's commercial growth strategy, ensuring alignment with institutional goals and long-term financial sustainability. The postholder will be responsible for identifying, creating, and managing new income-generating projects and initiatives that strengthen the College's commercial portfolio. They will ensure all projects align with the College's educational values and strategic ambitions.
The postholder will bring strong project management skills and a good understanding of the education sector, while line managing and supporting the commercial delivery teams. They will champion best practices in project management, stakeholder engagement, and relationship building, and will be supported to grow their commercial expertise further.
