Familiarity with IAM tools, such as MIM and Azure AD. Responsibilities: Own the end-to-end Joiners, Movers & Leavers (JML) lifecycle within Oracle Fusion HCM. Conduct a structured review of existing JML processes to identify gaps, failure points, and risks. Facilitate workshops with HR, IT Security, Payroll, and other teams to define AS-IS flows and shape future-ready TO-BE processes. Recommend improvements based on Fusion HCM standard functionality and compliance frameworks. Manage timely and accurate updates in Oracle Fusion Core HR. Analyze business requirements for JML and translate them into Oracle Fusion configurations. Configure HCM Experience Design Studio and role provisioning rules for onboarding/offboarding. Validate data impacts across Core HR, Absence, Payroll, and other modules. Collaborate with other application stakeholders to integrate the end-to-end JML process. Translate business and compliance needs into clear functional requirements for related systems. Provide guidance on workflow routing, access provisioning models, audit requirements, and governance. Support cross-functional alignment with HR, Identity Management, and IT Security. Collaborate with Security teams on Role-Based Access Control (RBAC) aligned with JML events. Coordinate creation and modification of job roles and privileges for employee transitions. Ensure correct data flow to payroll, finance, and ITSM systems during JML actions.
