EYFS Practitioner Wanted – Join Our Team in Sheffield (S18)
Location: S18 area of Sheffield
Start Date: September 2025
Salary: £11.85 - £14.50 per hour (Depending on experience and qualifications)

Are you a passionate and experienced Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) practitioner looking to make a difference in young children's lives? Teaching Personnel is seeking a dedicated EYFS professional to join a warm and welcoming early years setting in the S18 area of Sheffield starting this September.
Key Responsibilities:
* Deliver engaging and age-appropriate activities in line with the EYFS framework
* Promote a nurturing and stimulating environment that supports every child’s development
* Observe, assess, and track children's progress
* Work collaboratively with colleagues, parents, and external agencies
* Ensure safeguarding and welfare requirements are met consistently
Essential Qualifications & Experience:
* Level 3 Early Years Educator qualification (or equivalent recognised by DfE), such as:
o Diploma for the Early Years Workforce (Early Years Educator)
o NVQ Level 3 in Children’s Care, Learning and Development
o T Level in Education and Early Years
* GCSEs in English and Maths (Grade C/4 or above)
* Experience in an early years setting (nursery, preschool, or reception class)
* Strong knowledge of the EYFS statutory framework and safeguarding procedures
Desirable Attributes:
* Paediatric First Aid certification (12-hour course)
* SEN experience or training
* Flexibility to adapt to different settings
* Excellent communication and teamwork skills
