We are seeking a passionate Sports Assistant to join our team at RGS Dodderhill. As a Sports Assistant, you will have the opportunity to work with the Head of PE to ensure that PE, Games and co-curricular sport at RGS Dodderhill is fun, inclusive and enables all students to develop from their current individual level through our bespoke curriculum.
The purpose of the position is to contribute to, and provide support and assistance in, the day to day operation of the Physical Education, Games and Extra Curricular Programme that enable the development of our students into excellent athletes.
This role is 18 hours per week, Term Time Only, 12.30 pm pm Mondayto Thursday (with flexibility to change and possibility of some later finishes dependent upon fixtures). The successful candidate will attend relevant sports meetings, parents evenings and sports events. With further opportunity to attend approved CPD training days, trips, and activity days, with these additional hours paid at the employee's standard hourly rate.
