Eden Brown Synergy are currently recruiting for an experienced Team Manager to join the Leaving Care & LAC Team at Sutton Council on a permanent contract.
Duties and Responsibilities:
* Managing and supervising a team of Social Workers supporting looked after children and care leavers.
* Leading the delivery of pathway plans, transitions support and statutory responsibilities.
* Ensuring high-quality assessments, planning and interventions within the LAC and Leaving Care service.
* Providing oversight on complex cases and safeguarding decision-making.
* Monitoring performance, quality assurance and compliance with legislation.
* Promoting strong partnership working with internal and external agencies.
Salary:
* Base Salary: £49,056
* Top Point Salary: £57,402
Essential Requirements:
* Social Work qualification (Degree or equivalent).
* SWE registration.
* Experience managing or leading teams within Children's Social Care.
* Strong knowledge of safeguarding, LAC processes and Leaving Care legislation.
