Hours of Work: 37.5 hours Tuesday - Saturday

Location: Rock



What will I be doing?

1. Act as the first point of contact for all visitors, callers, and email enquiries, ensuring a friendly and professional experience.

2. Manage guest bookings — matching guests to suitable properties, processing reservations, and completing related administration.

3. Handle guest feedback and complaints promptly and professionally, ensuring a positive resolution and excellent service standards.

4. Maintain accurate property and booking information across systems, supporting the team with projects and seasonal updates.

5. Assist with operational tasks such as preparing guest welcome hampers, stock control, and supporting other business areas during busy periods.

Ideally, we’re looking for

6. Excellent communication skills: Confident and professional in both written and verbal communication, with an exceptional telephone manner and the ability to coordinate effectively with multiple stakeholders.

Sales and service mindset: A natural flair for sales combined with empathy and responsiveness to deliver an outstanding customer experience

Strong administrative and technical skills: Highly organised with strong attention to detail and proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook; experience using booking systems is desirable.

7. Professional and proactive attitude: Well-presented, positive, and adaptable, with good knowledge of the local area considered an advantage.
