Assembly Operative / Composite Trimmer
Location: Northampton
Rate: £22.55 per hour LTD Co
We are currently recruiting for a skilled Assembly Operative / Composite Trimmer to join a composite manufacturing facility in Northampton.
We are looking for candidates with proven experience in trimming high-quality carbon-fibre components, working with adhesives, and assembling parts using high-powered air tools. The ideal candidate will be self-motivated, able to work effectively within a small team, and demonstrate a strong attention to detail.
Key Responsibilities:
Operate high-powered air tools and trimming equipment
Assemble composite components to specification
Read and interpret engineering drawings and work instructions
Carry out quality checks and inspections to ensure parts meet required standards
Adhere to all health & safety procedures and maintain a clean, safe work environment
Initially this contract role is being offered on a part time basis – 20 hours a week, with an immediate start available. Due to up-and-coming projects this role could be extended for the right candidate.
