Responsibilities
- Ensure weekly and monthly finance audits are completed.
- Oversee documentation used in the service, ensuring staff have access to these at all times.
- Update the maintenance portal.
- Book training courses as instructed by management.
- Oversee the company compliance portal, ensuring inspection dates are booked.
- Maintain a detailed archiving system in line with company policy.
- Take minutes and write detailed reports.
- Support the manager to keep company systems up to date.
- Handle Imprest – Finance systems.
- Use Equals – Card transaction system.
- Use MyHR – Allocate annual leave and upload documents.
- Perform DUQ audits.
- Update the maintenance portal.
- Manage Matrix – overall agency management, collate shifts, book and confirm shifts, arrange agency profiles and keep files up to date.

Job Details
Administrator – Salary £13.90 per hour.
Contract Type: Full or Part Time.
