Salary: £23,000 (pay award pending)
The candidate should be highly motivated with passion, enthusiasm, and commitment to making a difference in the lives of vulnerable communities.
The STOP service accepts referrals from voluntary and statutory agencies, including services within the prison and criminal justice system, housing and homelessness sector, health, social care, and support sectors. The role involves providing practical help and support to develop service users’ life skills, helping them secure and maintain independent accommodation, and working towards becoming tenancy-ready, securing tenancies with landlords in line with the housing first model, or exploring alternative move-on options.
The role also includes providing transitional support to establish service users in their new tenancies before referring them to our floating support team or other services in the district.
