A growing Microsoft-focused digital consultancy is looking for a Senior Delivery/Project Manager to oversee the end-to-end delivery of software development projects. This is a hands-on delivery role for someone who’s as comfortable managing complex technical projects as they are engaging with customers and delivery teams. Due to the nature of the role, a background in software development is a must!

Role: Senior Project Manager
Salary: £90,000 - £100,000 per annum
Location: Guildford – Hybrid (2 days per week onsite)
What you’ll be doing:
* Lead the delivery of software and digital transformation projects in an Agile environment
* Manage project scope, timelines, budgets, and technical resources across multiple concurrent projects
* Collaborate closely with technical teams to ensure high-quality delivery across Dynamics 365, Power Platform, and Azure-based solutions
* Engage directly with clients to define requirements, manage expectations, and deliver exceptional outcomes
* Support and coach junior team members, promoting Agile best practices across delivery teams
* Contribute to solution design, estimation, and bid responses for new business opportunities
* Drive continuous improvement across project processes and delivery frameworks
What you’ll need:
* Proven experience as a Technical Project Manager, Delivery Lead, or Senior Delivery Manager
* Strong understanding of Microsoft technologies, particularly Dynamics 365, Power Platform, and Azure
* Hands-on experience delivering Agile software development projects
* Excellent client-facing communication and stakeholder management skills
* Experience producing project estimates, proposals, and tender responses
* A methodical and delivery-focused mindset with strong attention to detail
