The Role: Personal Assistant
As a Personal Assistant, you'll provide care and support to individuals in their homes and communities. You'll help with daily living tasks, promote independence, and provide compassionate care, making a genuine difference in people's lives.
You'll be part of a friendly, supportive team in a company that truly values and invests in its staff.
Key Responsibilities:
* Accompany Clients on Social Visits
* Prepare meals and maintain a clean, safe environment
* Administer medication as outlined in care plans
* Offer companionship and emotional support
* Perform light housekeeping duties
* Monitor and report any changes in clients' conditions
* Collaborate with families and healthcare professionals
* Occasionally Deliver personal care (bathing, dressing, mobility assistance)
About You:

Ideal candidates will have:
* A naturally caring, empathetic personality
* Strong communication and teamwork skills
* The ability to follow instructions and work within safety regulations
* A full UK driving license and access to a vehicle
* Flexibility with working hours
Previous care experience is not essential – full training is provided.
