Salary: Up to £39,605.59 per annum (DOE)

About the Role
* Coordinate a team of English Tutors to ensure optimal student outcomes and experiences.
* Organize and lead weekly team meetings and induction sessions for new teachers.
* Lead moderation and standardization meetings during assessments.
* Support recruitment of new teaching staff following Study Group policies.
* Teach EAP modules and sessions as needed, based on student numbers and workload.
* Assess and record student progress, ensuring timely and accurate data submission.
* Provide effective feedback on coursework and assessments.
* Collaborate with the Head of English to update curriculum materials.
* Plan and oversee teaching and assessment delivery, ensuring staff are well-informed.
* Maintain documentation for the Pre-sessional Programme on the VLE, including course outlines and materials.
* Ensure curriculum delivery complies with institutional and external quality standards.
About You
* Diploma (DELTA) or equivalent, or Certificate (CELTA) with relevant EFL experience.
* Degree or professional qualification in a relevant field.
* Experience teaching, learning, and assessing at Level 3 and above.
* Current experience in delivering academic English/EAP courses.
* Proven ability to plan and run complex EAP courses.
* Experience coordinating teams to achieve high academic standards.
