* Has excellent ICT skills and is proficient in all areas of Microsoft Office.
* Demonstrates personal resilience and role model those personal qualities we wish to instill in our young people.
* Has the ability and willingness to work flexibly to meet the demands of the role.
YOUR MAIN DUTIES WOULD BE:
* Providing professional, courteous and customer focussed reception and back office administrative services to all stakeholders maintaining appropriate levels of confidentiality.
* Ensuring all visitors are subject to the required safeguarding checks before allowing unrestricted access to the school.
